Rustico Italiano is a traditional Pizzeria and Neapolitan eatery offering fresh Neapolitan food available to eat in, take-away or have delivered to your door. Rustico Italiano was born from childhood memories of the food that our family ate in Italy using recipes handed down over generations.
We use our Nonna’s recipes to deliver the same homemade experience, flavour, and tradition that we experienced in our own street of Naples.

The interior of each restaurant consists of mismatched chairs, old wooden doors and corrugated iron cleverly crafted together to create a warm and comfortable environment.

Our History
From Naples to Hastings and beyond
Rustico Italiano was established in the historic town of Hastings on the south coast of England in 2015 as a small authentic Neapolitan Street Food eatery.
The business grew organically over the next 6 years and by 2021 there were 8 Rustico eateries covering communities along the south coast including Hailsham, Eastbourne, Lewes, Hove, Brighton, Battle, Bexhill and the original site in Hastings.
The typical Rustico customer varies and is based upon the specific location and the demographic of the local area. This varying customer profile means that the Rustico range is appealing to a wide range of individuals. It’s expected that all future restaurants will reflect and build up their own local customer profile as part of their individual business operations as they become established as a quality eatery in the local area.
Our Menus
The structure of our menus are fixed and based on key dishes, with some variants based on market availability. Our food development team are constantly working to ensure that our menu items reflect our brand and business values offering authentic Neapolitan Street food at great prices.
