- Project Cost: Ranging from £25,000 (repurposing Rustico® Eastbourne in 2025) - £100,000 (fully refurbishing Rustico® Hailsham, formerly a Natwest Bank, in 2021)
- Ongoing Fees: 5.5% royalty plus variable marketing contributions based on quarterly marketing strategy previously mentioned
- Working Capital: Minimum £5,000 recommended for the first three months
